Royal Scottish Country Dance Society

The Branch has a demonstration team which attends local folk festivals, such as those held in Sheringham and at Gressenhall, fetes, WI meetings, St.Andrew’s night celebrations etc.  The team has also danced at the Attleborough Military Tattoo.

They will consider requests from any local organisation in order to display the art of Scottish country dancing.

Where practicable, team members offer to help spectators through simple dances in an attempt to encourage new participants in Scottish dancing.

The Branch can also offer a ladies’ Highland dance team, demonstrating another example of the Scottish form of dancing.
